Η Χαρούλα Νικολαΐδου είναι εικαστικός με έδρα τη Θεσσαλονίκη. Αποφοίτησε από τις Εικαστικές και Εφαρμοσμένες Τέχνες του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου το 2010. Το 2021, η δουλειά της δημοσιεύτηκε στο διεθνές Bluebee Magazine, Volume 6, Amaryllis, στο Voice of Artists Magazine, Τεύχος #12, από το Artitnet και το Artist Talk Magazine, Τεύχος 15, Απρίλιος 2021. Συμμετείχε στην 5η Μπιενάλε Σχολής Καλών Τεχνών Ελλάδας το 2008. Η δουλειά της έχει εκτεθεί σε Ελλάδα, Κύπρο, Λονδίνο, Παρίσι, Γενεύη, Μαδρίτη, Marbella (Ισπανία), και Iowa (ΗΠΑ). Έργα της βρίσκονται σε ιδιωτικές συλλογές παγκοσμίως.
