Η Άννα Χαρακτίνου σπούδασε ζωγραφική και χαρακτική στην Ανωτάτη Σχολή Καλών Τεχνών της Αθήνας, χαρακτική και κινούμενα σχέδια στο Universität Hildesheim στη Γερμανία. Είναι κάτοχος πτυχίου Master of Fine Arts από το UdK (Πανεπιστήμιο Τεχνών) στο Βερολίνο, Γερμανία. Στο δίσκο της έχει τρεις ατομικές εκθέσεις στο Βερολίνο και έχει συμμετάσχει σε διάφορες ομαδικές εκθέσεις και Art Fairs σε Ελλάδα, Κύπρο, Γερμανία, Ελβετία, Ολλανδία. Το 2012-2018 είχε εργαστεί ως γκαλερί και βοηθός στο Βερολίνο. Σήμερα ζει και εργάζεται στο Βερολίνο και στην Αθήνα.
